La Piana Consulting helps maximize individual competencies into a team effort working towards a shared common mission and vision through assessments of key issues.
Working closely with the management team, La Piana Consulting provides consultation, follow up and an appraisal of progress that has been made and helps you plan for ongoing management and leadership.
This consultation will include data gathering from members of the team, other managers and identified key informants, identification of key organizational issues, and the development of key understandings of the role and processes of the senior management team to ensure that the management team provides the best possible leadership for their organization.
The purpose of the process is to:
- Clarify the role of supervision and management
- Build the skills necessary for staff to be effective managers and supervisors
- Create resources which are appropriate, user-friendly, and accessible
- Develop a uniform approach to management issues, values, knowledge, and problem solving; and
- Make the entire organization effective and cohesive
