La Piana Associates has experience developing web-based Knowledge Centers that make useful and needed tools, documents, and references readily accessible to clusters of organizations. The Knowledge Center contains resources that are customized to fit the needs of the specific group of users, and becomes the foundation for a peer-learning community that can evolve over time to best meet grantees’ needs. We can also provide communications forums — such as listserves and/or online bulletin boards — to promote information sharing and collaboration among organizations.
