Last week, the Cameron Foundation and Preservation Virginia sponsored a convening to share the results of a survey of the region’s robust historic preservation community. The program included Bill Martin, Director of the Valentine Richmond History Center , who challenged participants to think beyond the obvious to more unconventional partners and fleshed out this idea using their Tattoo Archive Project as an example. Bill’s comments were followed by a presentation from our own Jo DeBolt on how to form real collaborative partnerships.
