La Piana Consulting proudly announces the launch of Vias, a bilingual and bicultural consulting practice for the Latine social sector. (Latine is a gender-neutral term used to describe people of Latin American descent, also known as Latinx, Latino, Latina, and Hispanic.)
Vías, meaning “paths” in Spanish, expands our robust offerings by providing a team of seasoned Latine consultants dedicated to serving our community’s unique needs.
At Vías, we unlock the power of cultural understanding and lived experience to offer relevant and insightful partnership. With a deep grasp of Latine culture, values, and aspirations, we are your dedicated partner in driving meaningful change for the Latine community.
Why Vías?
The Latine social sector is booming, but culturally competent consultants are scarce. Vías bridges that gap. Responding to this need for strategic and practical advice in organizational development and management, La Piana Consulting is launching Vías, a national Latine-specific social sector consulting practice focused on serving our communities.

Who We Are
Vías grows from our experience spanning over twenty-five years consulting to the social sector. Led by Luis Vergara, Head of Practice at La Piana Consulting, with nearly three decades experience as a nonprofit leader and consultant, Vías has attracted a stellar team of experienced consultants including: Olivia Audsley, Estephany Gomez Bautista, and Humberto Camarena.
