Congratulations to Behavioral Health System Baltimore

On October 1, 2013, Baltimore Substance Abuse Systems and Baltimore Mental Health systems formally announced their merger as Behavioral Health System Baltimore (BHS Baltimore). The new organization, with 70 employees and an estimated $68.5M annual operating budget, will provide leadership in behavioral health, with innovative approaches to prevention, early intervention, treatment, and recovery.
